This past weekend I got to get out of the city and out to a small town for Thanksgiving.
My friend Liz took me out about an hour before I had to come back to Montreal to show me this lookout and watch the sunset. The colours in this scene left me in awe. The mountains in the back also seemed so small and gave me that "top of the world" feeling. It was a beautiful site to behold. Definately something I want to go back and shoot again. Comments and criticism are welcomed greatly. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. I might try to see what it looks like after giving it a twirl in NeatImage...maybe this way you can get rid of the prominent grain.
Brilliantly composed with all these different layers (Foliage in the foreground, mountainrange in the distance and this gorgeous multi-coloured sky).

Autumn is here and I'm stuck in the city. Oi. I think this trip to the country was sufficient enough to last the rest of the season, haha.

I tried pushing it through NeatImage. The results are nice, but kind of remind me of an oil painting. I guess it's just not something I'm used to yet, haha. Who knows.
